It's almost gender reveal time! 

I was thinking about if I wanted to do a gender reveal party or not, and I knew that I *didn't* want to have 50 people over to stand there and watch me pop a balloon, ya know? If that's your vibe, then go for it!!

My husband and I decided that a traditional reveal party wasn't for us, but I knew that I wanted to do SOMETHING fun and "event" ish (which makes sense, given my event planning background and love of parties!) So after weeks of coming up with crazy ideas that my husband vetoed and spending hours on Pinterest, I finally arrived at my conclusion...

We'll have a gender reveal dinner party for our parents/the grandparents-to-be!

I love a simple theme, so the all-white vibe was perfect! We planned to buy a white cake and have the interior be either pink or blue to serve as our official announcement!

We had our parents over, planned a fun menu, and ordered a delicious cake! One of my favorite photographers was there to capture everything! We are currently waiting to get the photos back and then I can't wait to share the gender with everyone!
