Fall-focused Foodie Friday and I'm here for it! I'm so excited because fall is my favorite time of year to cook and bake! (Isn't it everyone's?!) This week, I'm sharing three recipes - one that I made last week, one that I made over the weekend for our Halloween party, and two that I'm planning to make this week!
If you're looking for a few other fall ideas to make the most of this month before getting into full Christmas mode, then read my 5 Fall Activities Post!
We just had our first month in our new home and I'm excited to keep meeting our neighbors, so I love that all three of these recipes can be made to be very sharable! Enjoy!
1. Easy Chili
This is my go to chili recipe because it doesn't need hours to simmer before being delicious! I'm always a fan of a frito base layer, but jalapeño cornbread is also an *excellent* option!
2. Sangria Punch
I just made this sangria for our Halloween party and it was delicious! I loosely followed this recipe.
3. Wassail Cider
This is a friend's recipe from her Christmas party and she's been making it for years! I love it every time I go, so I finally requested the recipe from her 2 years ago. Definitely make it!
4. Chicken Pot Pie
I made this last week and oh my it was delicious! As usual, I made a few adjustments, but this was the perfect fall meal that I was craving! AND I love that I had some leftovers!
I hope you enjoy these recipes! Happy fall!
