It's Foodie Friday and we are back in action with week two of recipes! I mentioned last week that fall is my favorite time of year to cook, and I don't think I'm alone! This week was moving week for us. If you missed it- read our We Bought a House post! It's been a busy week and I have been focusing on "one pan" meals because I have no idea where most of our dishes and cookware are (still in crates!).
One Pan Fajitas
First up! We made these one pan fajitas last week (we did chicken!) and they were amazing! We both were upset that we've been doing fajita meat and veggies separately in a skillet forever. BUT now we know the secret to an easy, no-monitoring-needed, dinner! Of course, I always recommend adding guac to your fajita night. Guac recipe below!
Adam's Homemade Guac
We made this guac last year for Foodie Friday and I request it from Adam at least once a week! And to think: I used to not like guac!! (what?!) This is the simplest and tastiest recipe!
Spooky Halloween Cocktails
One of my favorite Foodie Friday's from last year was our Halloween cocktails! Here are a few ways to get your drinks Halloween-ready! Lol to this photo!
Overnight Cinnamon Roll Bread with Chai Frosting
These are on my list!! I love the idea of baking them in a loaf pan for more of a bread look - so creative! And Chai frosting sounds so good! Goodness, I can't wait to get some fall goodies baked this year! I just *had* to share this recipe!
